As a trauma survivor, I know what it's like to hit rock bottom and not know how to get up.  I have been ready to quit many times and looked desperately for a way to get off the merry-go-round of life and find some sense of grounding.  I've cried, screamed, numbed and been in absolute disconnect from my own soul.  I fought to keep from sinking and even then, I could not help myself out of the darkness that I'd encountered.  I needed help and finally got to the end of trying to do life on my own and cried out for it.  Admitting that you need help is the first step to recovery.  You were made for a life that is filled with love and hope and peace.  And as someone who has experienced and been impacted by trauma, you will have to make choices to create that life.  

You are destined to be whole, at peace and and to thrive in more ways than you can possibly imagine. Let me come alongside you to support and spur you on through your healing process. How Can I Help?

Personal Coaching

I currently offer 1-1 trauma coaching sessions.  The sessions are individual, monthly or quarterly based on need. It is important to determine how committed you are as a client to the work that is needed in your own recovery.  We will determine your goals, what is required to reach them and your readiness to go through the process of life change.  When you become different, everything around you will become different.  My commitment is to walk with you through those changes and provide the tools and support needed in your recovery. 




Ever consider just getting away from the routine you've settled into?;  A time of slowing down the pace of life to see what it would look and feel like to test new ways of handling stress, challenges and enjoy the company of others doing the same?  Ever consider planning rest into your everyday routine? Resources & Tools

There are many stages in the cycle of grieving and recovery.  You will need a range of resources to help you on your way. 

In the Resources section, there are immediate resources for issues concerning mental health care, psychological abuse, narcissism, self-care and self-love.  As you walk the path of healing, there may be times when you will need to reach out for a particular type of help, support or find information as you are recovering.  Please take what you need to help you through the different stages.    It will take God to help with understanding what's happened in your life, how it's impacted you, and how healing will take place.
