Personal Coaching

 

I currently offer 1-1 trauma coaching sessions.  The sessions are individual, monthly or quarterly based on need. It is important to determine how committed you are as a client to the work that is needed in your own recovery.  We will determine your goals, what is required to reach them and your readiness to go through the process of life change.  When you become different, everything around you will become different.  My commitment is to walk with you through those changes and provide the tools and support needed in your recovery.

There are many stages in the cycle of grieving and recovery.  You will need a range of resources to help you on your way. 

In the Resources section, there are immediate resources for issues concerning mental health care, psychological abuse, narcissism, self-care and self-love.  As you walk the path of healing, there may be times when you will need to reach out for a particular type of help, support or find information as you are recovering.  Please take what you need to help you through the different stages.
